FULBEK
Direct Marketplace
Accounts, products, payments, verification, and payouts.
Effective July 14, 2026. This policy covers fulbek.com, the Fulbek mobile apps, and account-linked Fulbek bot features.
Fulbek processes account identifiers such as your email address, profile information, linked Telegram account identifiers, listing titles and descriptions, photos, prices, phone numbers, locations, course enrollment details, payment references, support messages, and other content you choose to submit. Digital sellers must also provide a legal name, government ID image, selfie with ID, ID type, and phone number for private identity verification.
The mobile app may use your location after permission is granted to prioritize nearby listings. Coordinates used for reverse geocoding are stored on your device; a location label may be sent to Fulbek for recommendations. Fulbek may also process device notification tokens, app version, language, security events, and limited diagnostics. Crash reporting is configured not to send default personally identifiable information.
Data is used to authenticate accounts, publish and review listings, deliver courses and digital products, verify digital sellers, verify payments server-side, link accounts only after confirmation, prevent scams and impersonation, provide support, send requested notifications, understand product reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Private seller identity documents are limited to authorized Fulbek admins and are never displayed on a public creator page. Fulbek does not rely on the mobile app to approve listings, confirm payments, set entitlements, or grant admin access.
Approved marketplace listings are public and may include the seller's chosen phone number, general location, photos, and seller name. Buyers and sellers contact each other directly. Do not publish information you do not want shown publicly.
Fulbek uses infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication and storage, payments, video delivery, push notifications, diagnostics, Telegram features, and reverse geocoding. These currently include Supabase, Vercel, ArifPay, Bunny Stream, Firebase, Sentry when enabled, Telegram, and OpenStreetMap Nominatim. Each provider processes data needed to perform its service.
Fulbek keeps data while an account or transaction requires it and may retain limited payment, fraud-prevention, moderation, and legal records after deletion. You can delete your Fulbek sign-in account from the mobile app or through the public account deletion page. This removes the sign-in identity, KYC files, payout destination, app-created marketplace identities, and public creator profile, archives products, and unlinks Telegram accounts. Minimum transaction and product-delivery records may remain so previous purchases, disputes, tax, fraud, and legal obligations can be honored. A separate Telegram account and content created directly through Telegram must be managed through Telegram or Fulbek support.
You can decline location and notification permission, disconnect Telegram accounts, sign out, or delete your account in the app. For access, correction, safety, or deletion questions, contact @FulbekBot.
