Digital purchase and refund policy

Review the title, description, file type, included items, creator information, and compatibility notes. Ask Fulbek support before purchase if a required detail is unclear.

Contact support within 7 days when the paid file cannot be accessed, is corrupted, is materially different from its product page, contains prohibited content, or appears to infringe another person's rights. Include the receipt reference and a clear description of the problem.

Because a digital file can be copied after access, Fulbek does not normally refund a correct, accessible file solely because the buyer changed their mind or lacks the software described on the product page.

Fulbek may restore access, request a corrected file from the creator, remove the product, or approve a refund after reviewing payment and delivery records. This policy does not reduce rights that apply under Ethiopian law.
