Purchase and refund policy

Where the item offers Pay with Fulbek, the seller's proceeds stay on hold until you sign in with your purchase email and confirm that you received and checked the item. The seller handles delivery and provides shipment updates. A seller's update alone does not release the payment. There is no automatic release based only on elapsed time.

Before confirming receipt, open your delivery order, choose Report a delivery problem and explain what happened. Held money stays blocked while Fulbek reviews the order and the buyer's and seller's evidence. An approved full refund credits the item price and delivery fee to your Fulbek balance for withdrawal under the usual withdrawal rules. This is not an immediate refund to the original payment method. Do not confirm receipt before checking the item.

If you choose payment on delivery, you pay the seller directly. Fulbek does not hold that payment and cannot return money it did not collect. Your order still records delivery updates and receipt.

Review the title, description, file type, included items, creator information, and compatibility notes. Ask Fulbek support before purchase if a required detail is unclear.

Contact support within 7 days when the paid file cannot be accessed, is corrupted, is materially different from its product page, contains prohibited content, or appears to infringe another person's rights. Include the receipt reference and a clear description of the problem.

Because a digital file can be copied after access, Fulbek does not normally refund a correct, accessible file solely because the buyer changed their mind or lacks the software described on the product page.

Fulbek may restore access, request a corrected file from the creator, remove the product, or approve a refund after reviewing payment and delivery records. This policy does not reduce rights that apply under Ethiopian law.
