Fulbek terms of service

Provide accurate information, protect access to your sign-in and linked accounts, and use Fulbek only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Fulbek may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, repeated policy violations, or attempts to bypass review and payment controls.

Fulbek reviews listings before publication but is not the buyer, seller, owner, inspector, delivery service, or guarantor of physical goods. Buyers and sellers agree on inspection, payment, delivery, and transfer directly. Verify the item and the other person before sending money or sharing sensitive information.

You must have the right to submit every description, image, file, course, and other item you upload. You give Fulbek permission to host, display, review, format, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You remain responsible for accuracy, ownership, safety, and legal compliance.

Paid benefits are activated only after Fulbek verifies provider status server-to-server. A screenshot, client response, or transaction text alone is not payment confirmation. Digital-product purchases and refunds follow the published refund policy. Provider availability, fees, and supported payment methods may change.

Course access depends on enrollment and payment status. Course information is educational and does not replace licensed professional advice. Certificates confirm completion recorded by Fulbek; they do not represent a government license, academic degree, or employment guarantee.

Do not submit unlawful, stolen, deceptive, infringing, hateful, exploitative, malware-bearing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise prohibited content. Do not scrape private data, impersonate others, manipulate payments or reviews, probe restricted systems, or use automated activity that harms the service.

Fulbek may review, reject, archive, remove, or preserve content and may suspend features to protect users or comply with law. The service is provided subject to availability and may change as the product develops. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
